# Zapier

> Connect Hoppier to thousands of apps without code: the New Program trigger and the Add Participant action.

Hoppier's [Zapier app](https://zapier.com/apps/hoppier/integrations) connects Hoppier to the apps your team already uses, with no code. For example, add a new hire to your welcome program when they're added to your HR tool, or add a customer to a thank-you program when a deal closes in your CRM.

## Connect

1. Get an API key from Hoppier. During the beta, email [support@hoppier.com](mailto:support@hoppier.com).
2. In Zapier, add the Hoppier app to a Zap and connect it with your key.

Zapier uses your key, so it can do what your key can do, and its requests count towards your account's [rate limits](/guides/errors-and-rate-limits.md#rate-limits). If the admin the key belongs to leaves your company, reconnect the app with a new key.

## Trigger: New Program

Starts a Zap when a program is created in your Hoppier account.

## Action: Add Participant

Adds a person to a program, like [`POST /participants`](/api-reference/participants/add).

| Program | Yes | Pick the program to add the person to. |
| Email | Yes | The person's email address. |
| First name, Last name | No | Together at most 24 characters. |
| Send Email As Users Are Added | No | Yes emails the person the program's invite straight away. |

Each person you add uses one invitation from your plan. Adding someone who's already in the program normally changes nothing and uses no invitation.
